Astav® Baffle Suspended Ceiling adds depth and infinity to the space. Therefore, by staying outside the standard suspended ceilings, it allows the space to take a mobile and modern design.
You can also go outside the standard by applying different types of lighting fixtures.
In addition, thanks to the gaps between the panels, it can easily intervene in the installation behind the ceiling. Moreover, in the event of a possible fire, the smoke can quickly pass behind the ceiling. Apart from that, in baffle ceiling models with clawed carrier system, the panels can be removed and reinstalled easily without any damage in case of intervention behind the ceiling.
Astav® Baffle Suspended Ceilings model is produced in different profile sizes and in desired ral colors and wood-looking colors in our factory in Ankara Kahramankazan. Baffle suspended ceilingsproduced in our state-of-the-art computer-aided machine park are produced in desired lengths. In this way, there are no joints in the panels.
Baffle Ceiling
Baffle suspended ceiling is a type of linear suspended ceiling. It is formed by attaching C-format panels to a claw carriage. At the same time, another system is the screw system. The claw carrier system is both more economical and much simpler in terms of disassembly and assembly than the screw system. Installation of the claw system is thus simple and fast.
Baffle suspended ceiling model is used on the wall as well as on the ceiling. For this reason, it is used on ceilings and walls, creating a great harmony and an extraordinary visuality. The same claw carrier is preferred in the use of this system. After the baffle wall panels are attached to the claw carrier, a baffle clamping clip is also attached to the back for fixing. In the disassembly process, this baffle clamping clip will be removed first and then the baffle wall panel will be removed.
